I love my memory heart locket. I brought it in remembrance of my dog who went to the rainbow bridge just before Xmas. I chose 6 free charms pet themed and used them all with a little bit of his fur. I'm so pleased with how it looks. The.locket feels nice and solid

Beautiful gift that you can personalise and tge gift was greatly received.

The keyring was ok, a little cheap looking and I was disappointed that after the charms were put in that it wasn't sealed and was very easy to open which with the wear and tear a keyring gets may mean it could open on is own. I won't be gifting it as intended.

Beautifully made locket for my niece who turned 16. Correspondence was excellent as we didn't realise we could engrave it but we were able to add that on after the order had gone through. The engraving looked amazing and my niece was really thrilled with it. Thank you!

Not 5 stars for the following reason, I chose all tge charms I liked and put them in the basket, expecting to be able to delete a few from the basket; I was unable to do that and so not wanting to start again I just bought all the charms which were too many for the locket. But saying all that im sure my friend will like the gift on her special birthday in a few weeks time.

The quality is amazing and the dinky charms are beautiful- amazing attention to detail. I had two issues; the medium heart locket (holds 6-7 charms) is very heavy and quite large. I wish the photos on the website were better and showed the different types of lockets actually being worn by people as I did struggle to gauge which one to go for... it doesn't really help you when it comes to choosing. I have since had to order a smaller one as well for the charms as it is just too large and heavy for my teen daughter, so I have had to accept that I will be out of pocket as I do love them. My advice would be to absolutely buy one as they are gorgeous and great value for the quality- just be careful which size you choose. The engraving wasn't straight either- too late to return it now for Christmas but this is going to annoy me as it is slightly off...

Bought two of these necklaces for friends and decided I liked them so much, I'd treat myself! I love how you can personalise the necklace with charm selection, but also chain length and locket shape and colour. The finish is really nice on each charm and the locket is really good quality - sturdy and built to last. For a unique piece of jewellery that is so well made, the price is very reasonable. No doubt will be buying again for other friends and occasions!
