The bracelet and charms were lovely. But after aearing an hour one stone fell out the face of it. We emailed and got an agent rely very quickly which was good.
Paid for next day delivery and somehow royal mail couldn't post it through the letter box even tho it fitted 3x over ! Gave it as a present on Thursday and the clasp on the necklace has already broken !! Not great really .

Bought for my daughter's 18th. I got it with the keyring (the locket can come off the keyring and be put on a chain or vice versa). I think it is good value for money. It is very pretty and the little charms are detailed.
