If you change your mind about your order you have 14 days (from the date you receive it) to let us know that you wish to send it back for a refund. Please ensure that the product is returned in the same condition and packaging you received it in. Please note, for hygiene reasons we are unable to refund piercing goods (earrings) - this does not affect your statutory rights in respect of damaged or defective products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Your order should arrive in perfect condition. If it doesn't, please get in touch as soon as possible and we will send you a replacement. We might ask you to return the faulty item to us - in this case we will reimburse you any shipping costs incurred. We will advise you further on this when you get in touch to make us aware of the problem.
