Most of our Memory Lockets are available with a choice of 18” chain, 30” chain or keyring – simply choose your preferred option on the locket product page.
Our Petite Memory Lockets are available as necklaces only, with a choice of chain lengths.
We also have a separate range of Memory Locket Bracelets, with the locket built into an adjustable bracelet.
If you choose a keyring, there’s no need to add a separate keyring attachment to your order – the keyring option you select with your locket is all you need.
Please note: Memory Lockets are pieces of jewellery and are relatively delicate, even though they’re made from steel and strengthened glass. We recommend keyring lockets for light use rather than attaching them to heavily used keys.
Our Memory Locket charms vary slightly in size, so the number that will fit depends on the charms you choose. As a general guide:
Large Round: approximately 9–10 charms
Medium Round: approximately 4–6 charms
Small Round: approximately 2–3 charms
Large Heart: approximately 6–7 charms
Filigree Heart: approximately 5–6 charms
Petite Heart: approximately 2–3 charms
Large Teardrop: approximately 9–10 charms
Petite Teardrop: approximately 2–3 charms

If you choose more charms than will comfortably fit, don’t worry – we’ll put as many as we can inside your locket and include any extras separately so you can swap them around whenever you like.
Adding an engraved back plate takes up a little space inside your locket, so we recommend allowing for around 1–2 fewer charms.
Our Memory Lockets and chains are made from 316L stainless steel, which is highly resistant to tarnishing, discolouration and fading, so they’re designed to keep their finish beautifully with everyday wear.
The glass is strengthened for durability, but it can still break if the locket is dropped or knocked against a hard surface. Avoid overfilling your locket, as too many charms can put pressure on the glass. If your charms feel tightly packed or the locket doesn’t close easily, simply remove one or two.
Our Memory Lockets come in a range of sizes, so you can choose something delicate or a locket with room for a larger collection of charms.

Yes! Memory Lockets are designed to be opened, so you can add, remove or change your charms whenever you like.
Most of our lockets have a magnetic fastening and simply open at the side like a book.
Some designs have a screw fastening. To open these, gently unscrew the front of the locket, then screw it back into place once you’ve finished arranging your charms.
Take care not to overfill your locket, and always make sure it is securely closed before wearing it.
Yes. We’ll pop your chosen charms inside your Memory Locket for you, so it arrives ready to wear or give as a gift.
If you’ve chosen more charms than will comfortably fit, we’ll put as many as we can inside the locket and include any extras separately in a little gift bag, ready for you to swap around whenever you like.
No problem! Add all the lockets and charms you’d like to your basket and complete your order as usual.
If it isn’t clear which charms you’d like in each locket, we’ll email you after you order to check before we put them together.
Yes – the charms are designed to move freely inside your Memory Locket rather than being fixed in place.
We love the little ‘kaleidoscope effect’ this creates – as the charms move around, your locket looks slightly different each time you wear it.
If you prefer a more tightly packed look with less movement, simply choose a few more charms – just take care not to overfill your locket or put pressure on the glass.
For non-engraved orders, Standard Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days.
If your order includes personalised engraving, please allow an additional 1–2 working days for processing before your order is dispatched.
We also offer Next Day Delivery for non-engraved orders and a Fast Track service for engraved orders.

Your Memory Locket will arrive beautifully presented in a branded gift box, wrapped in tissue paper and ready to give as a gift – or keep for yourself.
We don’t include prices or invoices inside the parcel, so you can have your order sent directly to the recipient.
You can also add one of our gift cards, with a choice of designs for different occasions, and add your own personal message. Or, if you prefer, our free gift message card is still available.
Which chain length should I choose?
Choose your style
Our 18” chain is our most popular length, sitting around the upper chest on most people and keeping your Memory Locket close.
Our 30” chain gives you a longer, more relaxed look, with the locket sitting around the lower chest. It’s also a lovely option if you prefer to wear your locket over clothing.

Add an engraving
Personalise your locket with an optional engraved back plate to create a background to your charms - or you can insert the back plate face down and the engraved message will be visible when you turn over the locket.
Please note: adding a back plate reduces the space in your locket so it may fit slightly fewer charms. We recommend reducing the number of charms by 1-2.
