Our lockets and chains are made from 316L Stainless Steel. They don't tarnish or discolour at all, and are suitable for most people with metal allergies. The glass used is strengthened, but they're still a little delicate and we do advise handling them with care.

All lockets are available on either a long or short chain, or as a keyring - when you add a locket to your basket you can make your selection from the drop-down menu. Bracelet Lockets are also available.

Please note - our keyring lockets are designed for light use only. We use a strengthened glass - but they are ultimately a glass piece of jewellery, and there is only so much bashing around they can withstand!

Large lockets measure 30mm in diameter.

Medium lockets measure 25mm in diameter.

Small lockets measure 20mm in diameter.

Teardrop Lockets measure approx. 27mm x 33mm.

Heart lockets measure approx. 28mm diameter. 

Our Memory Locket charms vary slightly in size, so we can't say exactly how many will fit in each size locket. We do offer the following guide (although we can't guarantee that the charms you order will fit. If you end up with too many, we send the extras alongside in a little gift bag, and you can swap around the charms you have in your locket as often as you like).

Our Memory Lockets are designed to be opened as often as you like, so that you can change/add/ reorganise your charms :) There are two styles of locket, magnetic and screw-fastening. First of all you need to find out which of these you have - take a look at your locket, check all around the outside of the locket. If you can see a little groove on one side, your locket is a magnetic fastening locket. If it is completely smooth all the way around, your locket is a screw fastening locket.

Magnetic lockets open at the side and are hinged - open it like a book.

Screw fastening lockets are opened by entirely unscrewing the front of the locket. Take care to line up the threads when fastening it back up again.

As standard we always pop your charms inside your locket, place it in a presentation box, and wrap it in lovely tissue paper :) If you've ordered a few too many charms to fit in your locket, we'll send the extras alongside in a little gift bag. If you've ordered more than one locket, we will have been in touch with you to ask which charms you'd like in each locket. If we've not heard back from you within a couple of days (sometimes our emails are filtered into junk folders unfortunately), we'll send the charms in a little bag alongside the lockets, and you'll be able to easily organise them into your lockets at home. 

If you're buying more than one locket, simply add all your lockets and charms to your basket and purchase everything together. Once your order comes through to us we'll send you a quick email to ask which charms you'd like in each locket (or whether you'd rather we just send all the charms separately for you to organise into the lockets yourself). Alternatively, there is a notes section at check out, and you are welcome to pop a little message there explaining how you'd like us to put your lockets together. 

We do not secure or attach the charms in any way, so they do move around inside the locket. We love how this creates a 'kaleidoscope effect' - so each time you look at your locket you'll see a different arrangement of charms :) If you would prefer them to remain in place however, you can use clear glue dots to secure them. This won't damage your locket or charms. 

We have two delivery options. Standard Shipping is free for orders over £40 or £2.95. Delivery is via Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service and usually takes 4-6 working days.

Express Shipping is available for £6.95. This is via Royal Mail's Special Delivery Service and if you order before 12pm your order will be with you the following (working) day before 1pm. If you order after 12pm it will be dispatched the following day via the same next day service.
