For my last particular item it was originally of stock but they kindly advised me when it was back in stock that enabled me to reorder. It was also sent with a free gift enclosed. Beautiful. Im so happy with it. And the selection of charms that are avaliable. My mums last neal before she passed was bacon and egg. And I was able to get a charm of bacon and egg. Fast delivery too.
