We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days, and have two shipping options:
Royal Mail Standard shipping (Free for orders over £35, otherwise £3.95): Items are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and usually arrive within 3 - 5 working days.
CHRISTMAS DELIVERY CUT OFF FOR STANDARD SHIPPING IS 18TH DECEMBER
Express shipping (£6.95): Items are dispatched via Royal Mail's Special Delivery service for delivery within 1-2 working days (from the day you place your order).
CHRISTMAS DELIVERY CUT OFF FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING IS 20TH DECEMBER
Once your item has been dispatched to Royal Mail you will receive an automated email from our website notifying you that your order is on its way. Sometimes these emails are filtered by well-meaning email accounts into junk folders, so it's worth checking there to see if you've missed any emails from us. You should also receive a separate email and/or SMS from Royal Mail containing your tracking number. If you don't receive this you're welcome to contact us and we'll be able to forward you your tracking number.
Engraved items: If your order includes any engraved items, please allow an additional 2 days for us to process and send your order. This includes Express Delivery orders (eg. an Express Delivery order without an engraved item is expected to be with you within 1-2 business days from the date of order. An Express Delivery order with an engraved item is expected to be with you within 1-4 business days from the date of order).
Occasionally events outside of our control affect processing/shipping/delivery times. In this case we will keep you informed via email.
International Deliveries - deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to unknown delays within the recipient country's postal system, and as such our guide for international shipping is 7 - 35 days (with most orders arriving closer to the 7 day mark).
Christmas Deliveries for International Orders: Deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to unknown delays within the recipient country's postal system, and we're not able to guarantee their arrival before Dec 25th.
