For my last particular item it was originally of stock but they kindly advised me when it was back in stock that enabled me to reorder. It was also sent with a free gift enclosed. Beautiful little locket which I’m sure my daughter will love. The little charms that fit inside are teeny, tiny and so cute! The customer service were amazing and I’ll definitely by buying again!
